Service Description

This half hour session is dedicated to releasing muscle tension. I will focus my effort on all those stubborn knots that won't seem to let go. I will use a combination of Chinese massage (Tui Na) and cupping (myofascial release) on the areas you need it most. Chinese massage works directly on fibrotic tissues that have developed over time, while cupping helps to separate the fascia from muscles so they can move independently. This treatment is guaranteed to leave you feeling blissful for the rest of the day!
